The Crimea and the Mutiny 1850s-1860s

Zululand 1879

Sir Wolseley and the Highland Brigade saving the Khedive and the Canal. Gatlings pushed down the streets of Cairo.

Egypt 1882

From the death of Gordon to the Re-conquest of the Sudan. Khaki and Red.

The Soudan 1884-98

The Second Boer War saw the entire Army switch to khaki and a bolt action rifle.

The South African War 1899-1902
